Description
At Cleveland Whiskey, they are innovators. They push the boundaries of convention by using a patented process called Pressure Aging™ to escape the limitations of solely using a passive oak barrel environment for flavor. They apply this process to finish a classic bourbon recipe with Apple Wood. The result, a spirit that is unquestionably and deliciously different.Underground Apple Wood bourbon delivers a light and airy body. A tender sweetness with notes of baking spice backstopped by an almost tart finish. No added sugar, artificial flavor or preservatives.MASHBILL: 75% Corn 21% Rye 4% Malted Barley47% ABV – 94 Proof
