These terms

By placing an order on this storefront you accept the terms set out below. Read them together with the shipping policy, the returns and refunds policy and the privacy notice; where those documents describe a procedure in more detail, that procedure applies.Registered business details and alcohol licence information are available on request from customer support.

Ordering, pricing and tax

Listings show pricing in US dollars for a stated bottle volume. We may correct an obvious pricing error before an order ships, and if the corrected price is not acceptable you may cancel for a full refund. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and shown before you pay. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation, not at the moment it is submitted.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping windows, charges and destination limits are set out in the shipping policy. Someone aged 21 or over must be present to sign, because a carrier will not leave alcohol unattended. If delivery fails after the permitted attempts, the parcel comes back to us and we contact you about a further attempt or a cancellation.

Returns and refunds

Bottle condition and return eligibility are described in the returns and refunds policy. Because alcohol cannot lawfully be shipped back to us by a consumer in most states, a valid claim is settled by replacement or refund rather than by a return parcel. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Warranty and liability

We warrant that bottles leave us sealed, correctly described, stored as the producer intended and fit for ordinary consumption. We do not warrant that any bottle will suit your personal taste. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim is limited to the value of the affected order; nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

Dispute resolution

Write to us first: most problems are settled by a replacement or a refund. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it is handled by the courts or consumer forum that applies to the seller named on your order confirmation.
